Shipping Information

Each print is made-to-order and carefully packaged for transport.

Please allow 5-7 days as a baseline for processing and printing of orders. Then add the appropriate timing based on where you are in the world.

Australia - Between 1 to 2 weeks

Rest of World - Between 1 to 4 weeks

Returns & Refunds

As each print is custom made to order, refunds are not available. If, however, the print is damaged during transit, please provide photographic evidence to marcusreadphotography@gmail.com and we shall investigate the situation and attempt to organise a replacement.
Please note that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
